A video film has to be made of approximately 3 minutes during the 2 day fest in the Galgotias college campus only. The entries are to be submitted to the theater community within the given time limit.
RULES AND REGULATION:
1. Caption for the clip is mandatory with a proper explanation.
2. The film has to be made in the college premises
3. Only mobile cameras of maximum 5 mega pixel has to be used.
4. The length of the clip should not exceed 3 minutes.
5. The clip content should be appropriate and descent.
